Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from small organic oil farmers of the Aegean Coast and obtained directly from olives providing traceability and organic food safety according to certification of organic products in all steps. Its free acidity level is less than 0.8%. Providing a distinctive taste and smell along with its pungency and bitterness sensed in throat and mouth, it is recommended for cold meals. Produced in limited quantity and certified organic by USDA ORGANIC.
